I have always been interested in the different ways of treating the mind, body, and spirit outside of Western medicine since middle school without really knowing what exactly I was looking for. I thought I could do it with food, so I took a food and nutrition program at Humber College. It was there that I learned of Traditional Chinese Medicine and began my journey of becoming a practitioner. It was hard, at times difficult, but well worth it if I’m able to help the patients with the skills and tools I have learned and will continue to build.
